Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Regulars (“Regulars,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates regularsweb.com and the software platform that helps local businesses build a website, take orders and bookings, and reach their customers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It includes our SMS/text messaging terms.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a free AI report or create an account, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, business name, and the messages you send us.
- Business & public data. To build your report and website we retrieve publicly available business information (listing details, reviews, photos, hours) from sources such as Google.
- Payment information. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
- Usage & device data. Standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected automatically when you use the site.
How we use your information
- To generate your report, build and host your website, and provide the service.
- To verify your identity with a one-time code when you request a report.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you service messages, and — with your consent — reminders and offers (see SMS terms below).
- To provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Regulars at that number. There are two kinds of messages:
- Account & verification (transactional). One-time verification codes and important account or service notifications. You receive these because you requested a report or an action on your account.
- Reminders & promotions (marketing). If you are a customer of a business that uses Regulars, and you opt in, you may receive appointment or order reminders, review requests, and promotional offers from that business, sent through Regulars. Every such message identifies the business and includes opt-out instructions.
How you opt in.You opt in by entering your mobile number to request a verification code, or by subscribing to a business’s updates (for example, through an on-site sign-up or by checking a “text me offers” box at checkout or booking). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. You can cancel marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending marketing messages to that number. (Transactional verification codes you request are not marketing and are not affected.)

Your mobile information is never shared for others’ marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our SMS carrier), and only to operate the messaging program.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service, with providers acting on our behalf under contract:
- Hosting & database (e.g. Vercel, Supabase) — to run the site and store your data.
- Payments (Stripe) — to process subscriptions and purchases.
- Messaging(Twilio for SMS/voice, our email provider) — to deliver messages you’ve consented to.
- AI & data providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google) — to generate your report, website content, and imagery from the information you provide.
- Legal — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
As stated above, your mobile phone number and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing for third-party marketing.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then retain and delete it as required to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.
Your rights & choices
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP).
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
To exercise any of these, email johnny@regularsweb.com.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Regulars is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
