Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Regulars, operated by JD Digital Holdings LLC (d/b/a Regulars) (“Regulars,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a demo, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Regulars builds and hosts AI-generated websites for local businesses and provides related tools for online ordering, booking, payments, customer messaging, reviews, and marketing. Features vary by plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to act for any business you register.

SMS messaging program

By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable box, you agree to receive text messages from Regulars as described below and in our Privacy Policy.

• Program: account verification codes, demo and service notifications (transactional), and — only if you separately opt in — offers and updates (marketing).
• Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact johnny@regularsweb.com.
• Marketing consent is not a condition of receiving a demo or using the service. Carriers and wireless providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Plans, billing & auto-renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and auto-renew until cancelled.
• A one-time “Build & Launch” setup fee may apply as shown at checkout.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future terms.
• Add-ons (such as extra AI generations or the Ads add-on) are billed as described at purchase.
• Ad spend on any advertising add-on is billed by the advertising platform directly to you and is separate from our management fee.

Cancellation & refund policy

• You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Subscription fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law, since the service (hosting, generation, tools) is delivered continuously.
• The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once build work has begun.
• Purchased generation-token packs and other one-time add-ons are non-refundable.

This refund policy is a starting point and should be confirmed with counsel before scaling. Nothing here waives rights you have under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Regularsto send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages; to violate SMS/email regulations (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) or carrier rules; to infringe others’ rights; or to misrepresent your business. You are responsible for obtaining the consents required for any messages you send to your own customers through the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the business information, photos, and content you provide. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display it to operate the service. AI-generated output is provided for your use in connection with the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, sales, or lead volume. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regulars’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete associated data after a reasonable period, subject to records we must retain.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and communicated through the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
